Service Description
Join us for two delightful evenings in an artist's inner city studio (UKU amanda kemp). We will draw inspiration from the artist's ceramic works & the general Victoria Park Market vibe. During the first evening we'll utilise a small variety of mixed mediums on paper with a particular focus on chalks; information gathering & mark marking techniques will be employed and these will flow seamlessly to the second workshop: the wonder of abstracted black gesso on board. These inner city experiences will aim to deepen your understanding of the layering effect of painting preparations. No prior experience is required, but do come with an open mind that is ready to explore your unique form of artistic expression. Whatever that may look like. During the course of both evenings we'll be working with a raft of artistic mediums... chalks, black gesso & acrylic materials. Dress in clothes that you wouldn’t mind getting a little smudged up, or bring an apron. Limited numbers due to the intimate studio size - don't miss out
